Due to imbalance between the power generation-consumption imbalance, voltage loss, frequency loss, phase angle imbalance, and synchronization loss a total crash of the power grid happens, this is known as a blackout. During a blackout, electrical services stop entirely and can cause large scale service interruption. We can overcome this issue by doing two things:
We can charge our grids with the help of the grids of our neighboring countries.
We can start from scratch.
We can use black-start.
